Review of No Time to Die (2021) by Nameless — 24 Oct 2021
Sorry I had to come back and change my review. I love, love, love James Bond movies but this is just bad. James Bonds movies have a built-in set of rules, we accept those rules which permits us to suspend our disbelief so we enjoy the ride.
This movie broke that covenant between audience and producer. I left the movie with a sick feeling in my stomach. In trying to be different, this movie became an art film. If you can tolerate the versions with George Lazenby or Timothy Dalton (which I think are unwatchable) you will be OK with this one.
This is not Daniel Craig's fault it is Barbara Broccoli's fault. I went to the movie theater to see this movie... don't do that. Wait until you can see it for free and fast forward. They had two endings, they chose the worst possible one.
I will not be seeing the next James Bond in the movie theatre. I have learned my lesson.
