Review of No One Lives (2013) by Sam D — 17 Aug 2014
An enjoyable ride. It successfully flips the yuppies-kidnapped-by-hillbillies sub-genre on its head, and the central performance by Luke Evans is captivating and carried off with more weight than it probably deserves.
The ensemble however lets the ball drop. For a movie that relishes the unexpected, they are completely common.
