Review of No Country for Old Men (2007) by Trevor W — 20 Sep 2016
To sum up simply: This film be about chasin'. The Coen Brothers perfect the use of tension and subtlety in action to create an interesting film that leaves you wanting more. Roger Deakins supplies yet another beautiful work of cinematography, and Bardem steals the movie with his astonishingly creepy character.
I find the film to drag quite a bit, but this seems to be a gripe I have with almost every Coen Brothers film I've seen thus far.
