A compelling narrative based on the 1989 Plebiscite (Referendum) in Chile. We get an behind the scenes view of two campaigns battling out for votes that would either keep Pinochet or radically change toward democratic elections.
One big plus is the film has been filtered to have a dated or period look as if you're watching events on an old color television where the hues are very strong. The other interesting element is how we react to positive and negative campaigning.
