Move over Nixon, though Bush didn't resign from office, your definitely no longer the most notorious president of the modern era.

With Bush in hindsight and some members of the international community pushing to have him tried in international court for war crimes, (while his lackey Dick Cheney is likely to never travel to some areas of Europe for fear of detainment), it seems a given that Nixon's little spy thriller is a footnote now.

The Bush administration had its own illegal monitoring scandal and it was only a drop in the bucket of that clusterfuck administration. Suspect firings, lies to the media and congress, Bush had it all, and easily relinquishes Nixon of his infamy.
