I saw the first movie a while back in the hope it would breathe the same atmosphere as the 80s ninja movies did. That movie was very forgettable. However this time I have to say I actually enjoyed the movie.
It is still a B-movie but a very good one, another plus is seeing Kane Kosugi (the son of 80s icon Sho Kosugi) taking over his fathers cloak.
