Didn't find it horrible. Was intrigued since it was directed by James McTeigue (V for Vendetta) and stylistically I was happy. Just like the Matrix and V for Vendetta, there was a noir-type uniqueness to the style of the movie.
Unfortunately, the story itself was very "cookie-cutter" and could have been one of a thousand other movies. This, with the acting (with the exception of the main character Rain), feels too much like a B-movie.
