Review of Nine Months (1995) by Mrs E — 02 Feb 2010
Nine Months is a film i've loved for years. It's so funny and a great film, one that I can watch over and over and never get bored off. It was on TV not so long ago and I watched it twice, on the +1 side too!!! The entire cast are all funny in their own ways and the kids are all funny in their own ways too. It's a feel good film that all can enjoy, and one I just absolutely love!!!
The best lines (in no particular order):
Samuel: "Are you sure?".
Rebecca: "I'm ten days late.".
Samuel: "And there's no way you could have had it and just not noticed?".
Rebecca: "Sam! My water broke!".
Samuel: "Well, we'll get you another one!".
Dr. Kosevich: "I've got it! Nurse, call the Anesthesiologist, this woman needs an enema!".
Samuel, Rebecca & Nurse: "An enema?".
Dr. Kosevich: "No, uh, she needs a pedicure!".
Nurse: "This ain't no goddam beauty parlor!".
Dr. Kosevich: "Epitath!".
Samuel: "She's not dead, you moron!".
Dr. Kosevich: "Epidermus... Uh..." Rebecca: "Epidural, asshole!".
Samuel: "Can't you give her something for the pain?".
Dr. Kosevich: "You don't want natural child birth?".
Samuel: "No!".
Dr. Kosevich: "Okay, uh... You want Anastasia? Drugs, yes? Okay, valium.".
Samuel: "Valium is no good for her.".
Dr. Kosevich: "No, for me.".
Samuel: "NO!".
