Review of Nim's Island (2008) by Gabi R — 30 Mar 2009
It's alright. It reminds me a little of Home Alone... just on an island. Problem is the story jumps around a lot. The animals can apparently talk or know how to help a man lost at sea. It's just all-round unbelievable and severly detracts from the rest of the film.
I've no idea what purpose Jodie Foster plays other than to annoy me with her character and round out their "family".
