The things I watch just because its on HBO. On the bright side, I recently dropped the premium channel so I should be spared from too many of these films (except for the occasional Netflix dud).
This is a film made for kids and only kids. Adults should avoid it at all costs. Butler and Foster lose quite a bit of cred with me. Even if they did the film for their kids, this is not a project to be proud of in any way.
