Review of Nim's Island (2008) by Gaspar O — 28 Feb 2011
Marooned, stranded, lost, shipwrecked, survival, island type movies are a favorite of mine. I'm not Jodie Foster's greatest fan, but I thought her portrayal of a delusional agoraphobic was quite funny.
I hated the very abrupt ending but for the most part, it was a fun, adequate film with a bit of suspense, a smattering of cutesy and a decent amount of humor.
