Review of Nikita (1990) by Pavandeep S — 05 Nov 2008
Cool is just one way of describing this. Just take a look at the shot composition at the scene where she bashes the copper with the pencil down his hands. Wow, I personally was revolted early on at the pure evil of the character, but then, the movie does not take a pro-police stand at all, nor does it overtly sympathize with the character too.
As it goes, you can see how well the tone and the scenario builds up. It was rather well done to be frank and is a fine craftmanship in script too as well as look.
