Review of Nights of Cabiria (1957) by Mike L — 15 Mar 2006
The final shot is amoung the most bittersweet to ever be captured on film. In the tradition of all great Fellini works, this is an episodic tale of how the world is a harmful place, but there are still good people.
There is no director who makes you understand what it is truly like to be alive like Fellini does, as he meshes reality with imagination. Masterpiece.
