Is it just me or are all of Nicholas Sparks stories starting to get unbelievably predictable? I mean...I jokingly said to myself while watching this "Well, I wonder when someone's going to die. I mean, it is Nicholas Sparks based...".
Sure enough...well, you know. The thing about it is...I can see it coming from a mile a way...but something still draws me into the romance like not many other stories can do. I actually care about these characters by the end of the movie because I feel like they are very well developed...thus when the heartbreaking ending comes along, although you know it's coming...your heart still breaks with the character.
That all being said, I probably wouldn't watch this again. I'll just stick with The Notebook and be all set :).
