After having seen all the other movie adaptations from Nicholas Sparks this one ended up being a disappointment. This one wasn't a tearjerker in the way that all of his other movies have been.

This movie ended up being quite difficult to get into, it had a lack of chemistry and there were parts that were hard to fully comprehend. This ended up making you not feel anything by the movie's finish, and this is a movie that's supposed to make you feel. Which is a shame. It started getting better after a while, but it just wasn't good enough.
