WOW! One of the BEST adaptations of a Nicholas Sparks book that I have ever scene [along with "The Last Song]!!! I despised "The Notebook" and "Message in a Bottle" [Well, actually I didn't like the book Message in a Bottle either. Blech!] and was really hesitant to see this. I am so glad I put my feelings aside from my previous N. Sparks experiences and watched this. It. Was. BEAUTIFUL!!!!
This movie had great [and BELIEVABLE] acting and the chemistry between Diane Lane and Richard Gere is just amazing [I think I need to see Unfaithful now].
I cried buckets. Just like in the book. Amazing.
