Review of Nightmare at Shadow Woods (1987) by Bill B — 02 Sep 2017
I found this one rather confusing (if watchable) at times, because it feels like it's set in an apartment complex or something, not anywhere remote or removed from the world, so when it goes into slasher territory, you wonder why no one is calling the cops from the neighbors house, y'know?
Ultimately it's about a murderer who frames his twin for his crimes and then decides to start up killing again years later when the wrongly convicted twin escapes custody and comes home on Thanksgiving, because who doesn't wanna be home for the holidays?
And for revenge.
Anyway, it's an interesting watch, so give that mother a rental.
