Spoilerfree: the movie is quite good. In fact so good that it is unpleasant to watch at times. The main protagonist and his choices are for me painful to watch therefore. It reminds me ob "Requiem for a dream".
So in general a good movie, but I wouldnt watch it again, because it is painful.
