Evil terrorist Wulfgar (Rutger Hauer) is feeling the heat in Europe and flees to the US to wreak havoc there. Unfortunately for him he runs into Rambo (sporting a beard) and Lando Calrissian. Plodding and never more than mildly entertaining.
