A flawed masterpiece, I doubt we'll ever see the full vision that Barker had in store for us with Nightbreed thanks to narrow minded studio execs. What is available is really enjoyable, particulary Cronenberg in front of the camera for a change portraying a wonderfully perverted maniac in a very restained and believable way.
I'm digging Craig Shaffer's Uber Mullet too, although he was far buffer in Hellraiser Inferno.. Woof!... The soundtrack is awesome too - Danny Elfman is a genius. You can get one of the tracks used in this movie on the Clive Barker Compilation.
