Review of Night of the Living Dead (1968) by Mark D — 27 Oct 2012
This movie is really a 40-50 but you grade it a bit higher based on age and original content, however, for pure entertainment value it is not a very entertaining movie. It isn't scary or funny or thrilling.
It's actually a bit boring, but the ending was really good. Everybody gets eaten of course which was soooo lame except the Black guy Ben who refused to hide out in the cellar. Ben murdered the smart guy who wanted to hunker down and ride it out in the basement and then when Ben the murderer was the only survivor he was shot dead and cremated by the posse there to save them.
He deserved it for murdering the smart guy.
