Review of Night of the Demons (1988) by Dan C — 01 Nov 2013

It's a cheesy haunted house movie (with demons, of course) that is very much a product of its time---from the bad hair and clothing to the soundtrack and bad dialog. This has a lot of the familiar sensibilities you would find in horror from the 1980s, and some not as usual (Linnea Quigley and her lipstick trick, for example).

I actually thought the movie was quite amusing, and I recommend it to anyone looking for movie to watch on Halloween night that is not John Carpenter's Halloween.
