God damn I love this movie. completely campy and cheesy, but so enjoyable for these exact reasons. jason lively and tom atkins are great in the lead roles, especially when 'the shit hits the fan'.
it was also neat to see david mamet staple, david paymer in a really young role as a morgue attendant. for people who haven't seen this movie, see it, then see fred dekker's other masterpiece "monster squad".
also the newly restored alternate ending is not to be missed.
