A zombie horror movie from the 80's that has held up well you ask? Then I bring you exhibit A: Night of the Creeps. Granted it has been ages since I last saw this but it still has that tacky bad movie (in a good way) appeal.
it doesn't take itself seriously ( the leading characters and even the university are named after horror movie directors), but it's still unique in it's own way. Having recently bought it I was unaware of the alternate ending but that just made watching after so long that much better.
