Review of Night of the Creeps (1986) by Senor C — 12 Feb 2011
I loved this movie when it came out. In fact, it was one of my all time favorites. Seeing it again after all these years, it was like spending an hour and a half with an old friend. This would have been the perfect blend of cheesy eighties-wanna be Animal House-schlock horror.
The only thing that kept this from getting 4.5 stars from me was the terrible acting. Jason Lively is simply horrible, and not in a good way. If he had been over the top like Atkins it would have been fine.
Or if he had actually been good like...I don't know...someone not in this movie okay too. But simply being a horrible actor, he just sucked the life out of every scene.
