The sort of movie you sit around and watch after checking all the channels and skimming your shelves twice before picking something to do homework by. The story is sweet though predictable. Michael Cera needs something to break out of this character he always plays.
Maybe they thought Youth In Revolt would do that somehow but I have seen no proof.
