Spectacularly shot historic drama about the last royal family in Russia. Czar Nicholas II and Alexandra chronicles their fall and the horific events of the revolution that lead to the family slaughter.
Nominated for Best Picture and Actress the film is great on period detail, but the film is overlong and drags at times.
