Hanks is trustworthy as always, but the glacial pace of the narrative gets too far in the way of the enjoyment of this story.

The film certainly bets on being absorbing with the slow rhythm, but I have to say that Paul Greengrass made a bad bet with it, especially considering that he's a director who knows how to keep the times well paced. Another uneven addition to his uneven career.
