Coppola's entry is a dud, Scorsese's is passable, the only real highlight here is Woody Allen's "Oedipus Wrecks", which is a joy. The weird thing is none of these really have anything to say about the titular city.
These compilation films are usually a dumping ground for half-baked ideas. i.e. the excretable "Four Rooms".
