You know the saying to not judge a book by it's cover? It's good advice. In this case the book is a DVD and the cover is a very bad DVD case. I had passed over this movie several times at the video store because I would take 1 look at the cover and decide I didn't want to see it.
Fortunately my youngest brother is smarter than I am. He brought this home and we watched it. It was actually very very good. Excellent performances. Heartwarming story. And probably the only time that I've liked Brittany Murphy.
I recommend this to everyone.
