Review of Never Let Me Go (2010) by Yasmine S — 27 Dec 2012
Cinematography alone is worth the watch, but the performances are also wonderful and the music beautifully depressing and moving. The story is fantastic, but it does feel like you haven't gotten enough from the characters and the events.
The idea and message are, however, brilliant, so I'm assuming it must be quite a book (I haven't read it). As a film, it is more artistic than perceptive... but that's okay sometimes.
