Review of Network (1976) by Alex R — 20 Jan 2013
One of the most intelligent movies of all time. It juggles so many things with such acute timing it's amazing. I have nothing to say about the performances that hasn't already been said over the years.
Peter Finch's contagious madness echoes down to present day relevance. Faye Dunaway got a long delayed oscar for her brilliant work here. Her sex scene with William Holden is one of the funnest moments in the movie.
