A stereotypical feuding neighbor type comedy, Neighbors delivers all the usual tropes, along with a few laughs. When the Radner's new neighbors turn out to be a raucous fraternity they end up embroiled in a grudge match as each tries to get the other to move.
Featuring Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, and Dave Franco, the cast is pretty solid. But the comedy is rather lame, going for cheap jokes that are hit and miss (mostly miss). While mildly entertaining, Neighbors has its moments but is mostly recycled material from better films.
