Rogen and Efron were fine. But this film is just about three things: Sex, Drugs and Violence (same formula as fraternities' parties) So, what we are supposed to watch is an immature fraternity taking revenge of its neighbors because they called the police? And with a lot of nasty jokes (which some of them are funny, but just some).
I think if you want to make a movie funny, you just have to make it naturally; not totally forced charged with stupidity and more stupidity.
