Review of Ned Kelly (2003) by Lenny R — 11 Aug 2008

I like what they attempted to do..give a truer account of his gangs life and some insight into the things what would have motivated him. Ledgers performance is good in getting across the injustice of the situation and the predjudice that irish immigrants would have felt in victoria.

Having said that some thing about this movie doesn't work. I think it is in the pacing and the script doesn't give the actors much to work with. An iteresting film with a great cameo from Rachel Griffiths.
