Perhaps overcast, and overbudgetted. Ned Kelly is a story that nearlly everyone knows some way or another(if your Australian), so this is just Gregor Jordan depiction of it(which is good enough. Personally I think his original story work is far superior to this, see Two Hands or Buffallo soldiers.
