Review of Nearing Grace (2006) by Michael L — 21 Nov 2007
A fairly predictable coming-of-age tale, with an equally foreseeable ending. The acting is very good, which makes the movie worthwhile, but it can be boring at times.
Basic premise - main character's mom dies. This leads to the main character making a lot of bad decisions, and ultimately realizing it. Not the most inventive storyline, but it does the job. Jordana Brewster is very hot in this one.
