Review of Near Dark (1987) by Alex S — 05 Dec 2008
Probably the dirtiest vampire movie I've ever seen (which interestingly, steers clear of ever defining what the protagonists are). Some of the plot doesn't make a whole lot of sense (blood transfusion?), but the performances are fun, especially Bill Paxton, and the aesthetic is pretty great.
