Okay I'm giving it three stars because when I was a little kid, this was hands down my favorite vampire film. In fact as soon as we started watching it I said, "I think I saw this when I was a kid.
At the end a fat kid runs down the road after a little girl and bursts into flames." And what do you know. It WAS the movie I loved as a kid. But after rewatching it, I find this film to be very much 80's cheese.
It wasn't horrible, but it took away from fond memories of childhood. Oh well. :).
