While its hard to make a great family road trip film, sometimes its better to try and just make a road trip film. Vacation hits all the right notes, all in sync making this the best of the best of Chevy Chase.
While Christmas Vactation is my favorite, Vacation deserves a look for any fan of comedies, or any well-made films, but being a Chevy Chase fan amkes it even sweeter. 5/5.
