Review of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989) by Austin R — 17 Dec 2013

I think this is my all time favorite Christmas themed movie. I just love Chevy Chase! There's just something about him which makes the situations in this movie for me a lot funnier. I don't like many comedies and I haven't seen a lot of Christmas movies to particularly enjoy them but I did grow up with a select few that I still love to this day, and this one hits the spot for me - which is surprising because normally i'm the bearer of disappointment.

It's silly at times, it's not going to make you laugh til you're sore (what does?) but this era for me is just perfect. YES!
