Review of Nashville (1975) by Michael R — 08 Apr 2007
Typical Altman: huge cast, perceptive, and long. There's just something about Lily Tomlin....she seems so smart and witty to me. My favorite scene is when Kieth Carradine sings "I'm Easy" and three girls (he's a playa) in the audience thinks he's singing directly to them.
I love that song. I have it on my ipod! Oh, all the actors not only sing their own songs, but they wrote them too. The last scene is particularly interesting.
