Review of Nashville (1975) by William D — 06 Jul 2012
One of the greatest films ever. If you didn't like it, you're misunderstanding the sheer brilliance of the film. First of all, the way the story was constructed was revolutionary and highly influential on my current favorite director (P.
T. Anderson). Also, the power of this film is unbelievable, in the story itself and the way it was made. If you absolutely HATE country music and lifestyle, it may be hard for you to cope with this film, but you should at least recognize it's brilliance.
