Review of Napoleon Dynamite (2004) by Cassandra R — 10 Sep 2012

Napoleon Dynamite's lack of a plot and mind-numbing characters attribute to the movie's poor quality and composition. The movies all so serious tone does not compliment its claimed to be humorous disposition.

Throughout the entire movie I anticipated some sort of story line or purpose, but only found myself to be disappointed. Without the hype I might have found the movie to be more enjoyable. It does have some originality to it, but I feel it was lacking creativity.

There is not much else to say about this movie other than it being over rated. It's only purpose is to relieve boredom when nothing else can be found on TV. I'm not even sure as to how the actors and actresses did not grow disinterested during the production of the film.
