Review of Mystic River (2003) by Gary U — 27 Sep 2010
After sitting in my dvd library for almost a year, I finally sat down and watched this. I like action movies as much as any guy, so these dramatic pieces often fall by the wayside. I have to admit that it was hard to see what was coming at the end.
I want to say more, but it would turn into a spoiler. I'll just say I understand where all the Oscar nods were coming from when this came out.
