Review of Mystic River (2003) by Brysen K — 07 Feb 2011
My opinion Clint eastwood's best Directed Movie. A Masterpiece. The 3 main characters had great dialogue from where there were children to when they are adults. Penn, Robbins and Bacon deliever tremendous performances.
The Boston based era is a huge plus where all actors give realistic portrayals. A simple plot where viewers like myself view a story that brings emotion yet an absorbing feel. Liked the screenplay, writing and most important the acting.
Oscars were truely deserved to the ones who gave 100 percent (although Alot gave it their all) Such a powerful picture.
