Review of Mystic Pizza (1988) by Laura-Ashley G — 15 Aug 2007
Quite a winning gentle comedy, bolstered by good work by the three leads, especially plane Jane Annabeth Gish who fails to heed her sister's warnings and gets hurt in a fling with a married man. Sp far, so cliched but here as throughout the film, the performances redeem the script.
