A Werner Herzog movie produced by David Lynch and starring Chloe Sevigny and Willem Dafoe... talk about building up expections! Made more or less with the same team as Bad Lieutenant, this is an amazing retalling of a true story, with some surreal elements and great atmospeher and action.
