You know, I've never really seen Keanu Reeves in a terrible role. I've seen him play bad parts just well enough to get by. But when the role actually requires some emotion and what not, he flounders terribly.
As far as River's role in the whole thing, he was amazing. Really great as an actor in this film. Really makes me wish he would still be around to crank out great things like this.
