Review of My Name Is Khan (2010) by Anna-Ryan S — 13 Feb 2011
I'm surprised that this movie has an average rating of 6.7/10. I read some of the comments on here. Yes it was a long movie, but it didn't feel long at all. Yes, the film has an agenda, but the message it has it worth hearing (both the 9/11 Muslim dialogue as well as the Asberger's Syndrome/Autism exploration).
Beyond that, it was a fantastic blend of Bollywood and western movies. It was a political commentary, love story, comedy, tragedy. It was complex and I absolutely 100% enjoyed every minute of it.
